Bali is one of most popular destination for domestic and international tourist, various hotels and mini apartments is developed within last 10 years in this region. Roxy Place Apartments was planned to be a low rise apartment in Sanur and located in the main road of bypass to Denpasar. The design plan was to construct a 5-story apartment building with a single basement level. Due to favorable soil conditions in Bali, the foundation design was cost-effective and the upper structure was also designed in a cost-efficient manner.
