Construction of the Campus Apartment located in Batam, Riau began in 2015, but has been delayed due to economic factors. We plan to restart the construction in 2022, and we are responsible for carrying out a fresh analysis using the latest techniques, adhering to relevant standards, and developing a structural budget that aligns with the original allocation.
