The site in Cisarua, Bogor, West Java, with a total area of over 200,000 square meters, is set to be developed into an agro-tourism destination. However, its hilly terrain and high seismic risk make the design process challenging. To ensure the safety of excavation during the rainy season, geotechnical engineers conduct slope stability analysis based on soil parameters gathered from field observations and investigations. The building has a 3-story structure with floor levels that are adjusted to match the contoured shape, making it challenging for contractors to determine the construction method.
