Unilever is one of the largest long-established companies in Indonesia. The company first-established in Europe and has growing into many companies in Indonesia, one of which is PT Unilever Oleochemcial Indonesia which is located in Sei Mangkai, Medan. At this location, various structures will undergo additional loads, and Struclab will assess both existing and new buildings to determine their ability to withstand this added stress. Following the ASCE41-17 standard, the existing building still has sufficient serviceability for the next 30 years.
