The SKL Warehouse project is another modern warehouse complex developed by PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari and comprises of three warehouse building and its facilties. This project is situated in Batang Regency, Central Java, covering an area of approximately 250,000 square meters and rising 60 meters above the Trans Java road. The building cannot be developed due to the land’s mountainous state, and intervention is required before the construction be completed. While steep ground must be chopped and expanded, cut and fill is an alternate method of preparing the land for usage. The land remains elevated at 30 meters above the surrounding road even after the cut and fill process, and features steep cliffs along its borders with public roads, making slope stability a necessary consideration.
