The Telkom Landmark Tower building is one of the buildings that is quite unique with a curved structure and façade. The structure which consists of 2 towers and connected by a podium, makes this building has a very wide area. With quite a long construction time, PT SJK evaluates this building to conduct a structural strength study in accordance with existing regulations to ensure that the structure still fulfills the feasibility function of the structure.

The form of buildings and structures is quite complex; many aspects must be studied; shrinkage is another issue with the height of concrete buildings. According to the findings of the investigation, this building is stable, and the effects that occur have no impact on the construction of the building.
