This two-story, 2743 m2 restaurant located in BSD’s Gading Serpong serves as a multi-functional establishment with a restaurant, bar, and lounge. This project is being led by structure design in order to optimize the architectural design. Struclab provides cost-saving engineering assessments, potentially reducing steel usage by 20-25 tons. The roof structure is composed by truss materials due to a 24 meter span between columns and a weight requirement of 200kg/m2. These ceiling is hefty because they may rotate and move up and down. Clients are very pleased that our steel ratio is significantly lower than their expectations, despite the fact that we have adhered with new seismic and steel codes.
