Jakarta is the Capital city of Indonesia with a very high level of activity. Many of Jakarta’s high-rise buildings are utilized as offices. With the development of the era, office buildings in Jakarta began to have a dual function, namely as an office and can also function as a residence. Buildings with a concept like this are called SOHO (Small Office Home Office). One of them is a 10-story office building that could also be utilized as a residence according to its capabilities. Standing on Jakarta’s soft soil, the resulting earthquake is quite large and therefore, this low-rise structure must remain strong and designed according to SNI 1726-2019 standards and deep foundations to withstand the large overturning moment caused by the earthquake.
